Companies or individuals should nominate the candidates that they believe are the ones to watch through their skills, results, career path to date and, where relevant, leadership qualities. They are required to have been working in retail for a minimum of 2 years.
Tell the judges why the individual or team, where applicable, is a rising star. They will need to know that they are backing individuals with excellent career potential.
Nominations must be signed off by a line manager or director of the business.

If shortlisted all nominees must be available to travel to London for an interview on 21 July 2011. Please note: This date cannot be changed
For team entries, 2 representatives should be available to attend the interview

In no more than 500 words why should the nominee(s) win the category entered?
In no more than 300 words how has the nominee(s) contributed to the success of the performance of their store(s)
In no more than 300 words how does the retailer support the entrant's career?
In no more than 300 words what are the career ambitions of the entrant(s)?
